This link will take you to a shared spreadsheet listing all volunteers for the meets. If you are unable to make a shift, you are responsible for finding a replacement: consider trading dates with another family.
Please contact Katy Simpson, our 2012 volunteer coordinator in advance if you cannot make a shift, or have arranged a replacement. Katy or I will update the spreadsheet. Families that do not complete the required number of shifts by the end of the Qualifying meet will forfeit their volunteer deposit.
